Destination: Some place with fantastic Fall colors... and hopefully some Larches. Depending on the group and the weather, some possibilities include:

• Yellow Aster Butte (Mt. Baker Highway)
• Park Butte/Railroad Grade (Hwy 20/Baker Lk Rd)
• Heather Pass/Maple Pass Loop (Hwy 20)

Of course, I'll be monitoring the Larch thread for ideas as well.

A more detailed itinerary will be posted as the hike date approaches, followed by a trip report and pictures, of course.
