Contemplating Adventures 2013 Day Planner
Here is a twelve month weekly planner for 2013 that we created using some of our favorite images from recent trips. There's one image per month plus a thumbnail sized image for each week. We'd certainly enjoying creating a customized version with different pictures just for you, if you ask.
Cascade Pass (North Cascades National Park) Here is the second book in the Big Rock Excursions Trail Journal series. It contains useful info for hikers who haven't been on the trail before while also providing watermarked / lined pages for recording your own notes, thoughts, memories or sketches to help commemorate your personal experiences on the trail. This might make a perfect gift for the friend you've been trying to convince that hiking is the most awesome thing ever!
As mentioned elsewhere, I'm new to creating and publishing books and would greatly appreciate any constructive criticism or friendly advince you may have to offer on this topic.
Goat Lake (Mountain Loop Highway Area) Check out this unique composition that I created based on my June 2012 hike to Goat Lake off the Mountain Loop Highway. It's unique because it is a combination of color photos, trail info/tips AND it contains 'journal pages' for book owners to record their own thoughts, observations, emotions or sketches to help commemorate their own experiences. How cool is that? The book was designed to be small... just 5 x 7 inches and 20 pages. Small enough to throw in your pack without noticable weight gain. Big Rock Excursions: 2004 through 2008 Here is our first book that was created two years ago. It makes a fantastic coffee table book and an even better gift! Some day there may be a second volume, but probably not until 2013 at the earliest.

our online store at Cafepress.com. As of 01-01-2012, profits from all books and cafepress.com purchases will be dedicated to
saving the North Mountain Lookout efforts (50% or more) and to cover "Hobby Maintenance" costs (50% or less) to cover web hosting, gas and annual park permits.
